Job Description
As a Service Control Manager, you will support the delivery of Location Strategy projects, ensuring quality and governance standards. You will manage incident resolution, service requests, and improve service delivery processes while maintaining a secure control environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder management and collaboration.
Qualifications
Expert in at least one technology discipline - Infra or App. Formal accreditation e.g. ITIL, Kepner-Tregoe accreditation in problem solving and decision making.
