Job Description
As a BCS Prod Ops Support Engineer, you will support the delivery of Location Strategy projects, ensuring optimal performance of the bank's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include technical support, preventative maintenance, and automation of tasks. You will analyze system logs and resolve complex technical issues while collaborating with various teams.
Qualifications
Experience with Azure and M365 Tenant environments, Exchange and Proofpoint email security solutions, PowerShell scripting, and Citrix cloud environments.
