Job Description
The Senior Manager - Engineering will own and drive the roadmap for Virtual Assistant and Messaging solutions within the GPS Service framework. This role involves collaborating with the Corporate Investment Banking team to enhance digital servicing capabilities and improve client interactions. The candidate should have proven experience in product ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years work experience in Transaction banking, preferably in Payment’s product management.
