Job Description
The UAT Lead will manage user acceptance testing functions for Wealth Management Platforms. Responsibilities include team management, fleet planning, and status reporting to senior leadership. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial services, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required. Minimum 10 - 14 years of relevant QA/UAT experience with 5+ years of people management experience.
