Job Description
Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division provides expertise to clients in developing and executing customized solutions for strategic and financing issues. The Investment Banking Associate will work on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions and equity/debt financing, collaborating with professionals globally to deliver high-quality advice.
Qualifications
1 – 2 years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Associate, or 3 – 4 years of experience as an Analyst and Associate. Bachelor's degree required; an MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset.
