Job Description

The Manager for Client Success is responsible for leading a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on client interaction and communication processes. This role involves recruiting, training, and performance management of the team, while ensuring client satisfaction and efficiency in processes. The manager will also support the team during client escalations and facilitate internal communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field is preferred or equivalent experience. Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred.
