Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director for Real Estate Accounting Operations to manage accounting and reporting for a portfolio of real estate investments. Responsibilities include preparing accounting entries, maintaining relationships with service providers, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. The role requires strong detail orientation, advanced technology skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting or finance. A CPA candidate, or CPA with public accounting experience, preferred. A minimum 4-6 years demonstrated progression of audit, accounting and reporting experience within the Real Estate and Investment industries, with a strong knowledge of GAAP.
