Job Description
Business Service Officers (BSO) are responsible for modernizing client experiences and managing service functions within branches. They lead and mentor Support Professionals, facilitate communication and training, and ensure compliance with firm policies. The role includes operational oversight and managing client inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education; Previous industry experience; Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.
