Job Description
As a Client Account Management Professional within our Asset Management Client Service Organization, you will oversee the client servicing lifecycle, including onboarding, support, and offboarding. Your responsibilities include resolving client issues, monitoring account compliance, and developing SOPs for client servicing. You will also contribute to projects aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
MBA in Finance or Customer Relationship Management preferred; at least 3 years of experience in Asset/Wealth Management focusing on alternative products.
