Job Description
The Corporate Technology Incident Management team is responsible for managing major incidents impacting the Corporate Technology Line of Business. The Major Incident Manager will orchestrate incident resolution, ensuring minimal business impact while collaborating with various technology teams. Experience with Incident Management tools like ServiceNow and knowledge of automation/coding (Python/Java/Splunk) is essential.
Qualifications
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in Technology; Production support experience preferred.
