Job Description
The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new SME customer relationships and fulfilling their needs regarding Business Loans and other financial products. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring operational quality in documentation. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with adherence to regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate. MBA’s would be an advantage. Candidates having Sales experience of at least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry preferred.
