Job Description

Mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for high volumes of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics to drive improvements and collaborate with hiring managers to align on staffing needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-6 years of recruitment experience, with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role and experience with high-volume or bulk hiring. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
