Job Description
As a Creative Design Lead, you'll manage the visual communication strategy for in-app ad campaigns and marketing collaterals. Responsibilities include leading design development, managing a team of junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct A/B testing of creatives and contribute to developing creative guidelines for Paytm’s ad platform.
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in creative or visual design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role. Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collaterals, digital banners, video snippets, and ad creatives.
