The Acquisition Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible for acquiring new clients in the Small & Medium Enterprises segment. This role involves offering tailored banking solutions, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. The ARM will also engage with various internal teams to facilitate credit appraisal and onboarding, while identifying cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
