The Cluster Head will manage the P&L of the region and build market share for Tata Capital Wealth Management. Responsibilities include recruiting and nurturing talent, optimizing team performance, and addressing HNI and ultra HNI clients' investment needs. The role also involves developing marketing plans for customer acquisition in the corporate space.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent/ AMFI / NISM , IRDA certified
