Collaborate with the Tax Knowledge Management onshore team to structure and maintain tax-related knowledge content using SharePoint and Power BI. Responsibilities include content sanitization, SharePoint administration, updating training materials, and optimizing processes. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required to manage large volumes of content effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in a knowledge management role.
