Job Description
The Director will serve as the first line of defense for the Advisory Business Leader, leading day-to-day issue resolution and strategic interventions. Responsibilities include driving process excellence, preparing reports for senior leadership, and managing change initiatives across business units. The role requires 15+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, with previous Chief of Staff experience preferred.
