Job Description

The Assistant Manager Resource Management will oversee a team of 3 to 4 members, focusing on resource management, capacity planning, and forecasting. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess variances between forecasts and actuals, as well as stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with knowledge of Power BI and VBA being advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE; A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom
