Design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow Discovery, troubleshooting issues, and integrating CMDB with external data sources. Qualifications
4–7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
