Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain the end to end ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow Discovery, troubleshooting issues, and integrating CMDB with external data sources. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and proficiency in scripting and data modeling is required.
Qualifications
4–7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
