Job Description

The Claims Service Manager will oversee the auto claims process, ensuring a high closing ratio and meeting KPIs. Responsibilities include negotiating with dealers, handling large value claims, and conducting regular training on claims policies. The role requires effective stakeholder management and maintaining a low re-open ratio.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop. Preferably Diploma in Automobile, Graduate from Mechanical Engineer or any discipline with prior experience in Claims.
