Job Description

The Claims Service Manager will be responsible for managing auto claims, ensuring KPI targets are met, and negotiating with dealers. The role involves handling large value claims, conducting team meetings, and ensuring a high settlement ratio. Regular training on claims policies and effective stakeholder management are key components of this position.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop. Preferably Diploma in Automobile, Graduate from Mechanical Engineer or any discipline with prior experience in Claims.
