Job Description
The Claims Service Manager will oversee the claims process for auto claims, ensuring a high closing ratio and meeting KPIs. Responsibilities include negotiating with dealers, handling large value claims, and conducting team meetings. The role requires effective stakeholder management and a focus on minimizing costs and improving settlement ratios.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop. Preferably Diploma in Automobile, Graduate from Mechanical Engineer or any discipline with prior experience in Claims.
