Job Description
Lead and mentor the collections team to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies. Streamline quoting and contract lifecycle management using Salesforce CPQ and automate collection workflows with HighRadius. Develop advanced Excel dashboards for real-time receivables tracking and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in credit and collections management.
