Job Description
The Head of Centre of Excellence (CoE) Operations will define and manage the CoE strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery across locations. This role requires strong leadership in customer-centric execution teams and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational performance and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
15+ years of total experience, including 7+ years in customer support operations and at least 3 years in a management or leadership position. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
