Job Description
The Client Specialist will assist with client inquiries related to regulatory requirements and facilitate contracting processes. This role involves liaising with multiple divisions to resolve issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. The specialist will also participate in client calls to address concerns and provide solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience in client success, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in client facing role.
