We are seeking an IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to assess, design, and improve ITSM capabilities aligned to ITIL v4, Agile, DevOps, and Cloud operating models. The role involves advising clients, designing frameworks, and supporting implementation of ITIL practices. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for translating business needs into effective service management frameworks.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or service transformation roles. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
