Job Description
As IT Delivery Manager for the Offshore Delivery Center, you will oversee the IT setup, operation, and management of ODCs. Responsibilities include managing IT lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and driving best practices for data security. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field. ITIL Intermediate certification.
