Job Description
The Application Managed Services Manager is responsible for managing one or more portfolios or critical business applications. This role includes vendor management, budget oversight, and ensuring delivery compliance. The manager will work closely with support teams to resolve production issues and manage project life cycles.
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors/SAP Fieldglass implementation or operations support experience.
