As an Assistant Manager in the EY M&A team, you will provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, managing the entire deal lifecycle from origination to closure. Responsibilities include leading client interactions, preparing financial models, and managing a team. Strong exposure to transaction advisory and financial analysis is essential.

Qualifications

MBA or PG Diploma in Finance or CFA - Level 3 passed or CA with 6 to 8 yrs of relevant experience
