Job Description
Valuation Directors manage and supervise team members, demonstrating strong technical knowledge in tax planning, financial reporting, and mergers. They develop client service plans, manage multiple client engagements, and mentor junior staff. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred; Advanced credential required (i.e. CPA, JD, CFP or CFA); At least 10 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 4-5 years of Valuation experience.
