Job Description
As a Sr. Support Analyst, you will ensure the stability and performance of infrastructure services such as UNIX, Networks, and Storage. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident management, and providing technical guidance. You will work in a 24/7 environment, addressing level 1 and 2 operational issues and collaborating with other teams.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or another such quantitative field. Ideally a Master’s degree or above.
