Job Description
The Senior Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for Intermediary and Institutional clients across APAC, managing client queries and coordinating with internal stakeholders for onboarding and account management. Responsibilities include collecting AML documentation, monitoring client reporting, and resolving client complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred; Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment management client service.
