Job Description
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a client processing support team handling all aspects of client accounts. Manage daily transactional workflow and serve as the first-line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution. Direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize contributions and professional growth.
Qualifications
Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
