Job Description
This role is responsible for managing Total Rewards operations including salary benchmarking, pay recommendations, and compensation processes. The analyst will support HR communication and training during merit cycles and ensure compliance with performance metrics. Continuous improvement initiatives will be driven to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred. Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
