Job Description
The Relationship Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets in the Secured Micro Loan Business segment. This role involves managing customer relationships, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with sales operations. The officer will work closely with the Area Head to plan and execute sales strategies while maintaining portfolio quality.
Qualifications
Graduate with minimum 2 - 4 years of total sales experience in the Banking/NBFC space, with at least 1 year in Micro/affordable loan sales.
