Join the Seller AI team to lead benchmarking and evaluation of AI models enhancing the seller experience across Amazon's global marketplace. Manage a team focused on validating, testing, and improving AI and Large Language Models. Drive the development of benchmarking methodologies and prepare comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field. Min. 5 to 8 years of experience as a People Manager with good communication skills.
