As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage post-sale relationships for smaller accounts, driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will monitor customer health, conduct regular check-ins, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS company.
