Job Description
As a Senior Real-Time Analyst, you will support workforce management by identifying scheduling gaps and adjusting staffing levels based on real-time data. You will oversee real-time responses to events and incidents, manage timekeeping activities, and ensure compliance with attendance tracking.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of Call Center experience in workforce management and 1+ year experience with workforce management systems such as Aspect or Genesys. Experience in MS Excel and knowledge in data analytics.
