The Service Management Practice Enablement Lead is responsible for the governance and continual improvement of ITIL-based practices within the organization. The PEL will work closely with Practice Owners to enhance service delivery and support experience.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4 frameworks, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with ServiceNow modules and integrations.
