Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide both remote and in-person support across EMEA / APAC / AMERS regions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, monitoring the Helpdesk system, and participating in assigned projects. Strong customer focus and collaboration skills are essential.
Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience of on-site Desktop support including experience supporting Windows and Mac OS. Knowledge of mobile devices and MDM preferred.
